| Description: | HsFPPs with 6 consecutive His at the N-terminus was induced to express in vitro, collected, and purified by Ni column. In vitro HsFPPs enzymatic activity assay was performed in a 96-well plate at 200 μl of solution per well. The buffer of the system was 25 mM HEPES, 2.5 mM MgCl2, pH 7.4. Using DMAPP and IPP as reaction substrates, the changes of UV at 360 nm were monitored in real-time in phosphate lyase system.
